These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and satu38 governing your use of the platform, including all betting, gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use satu38. Age verification may be required at any time. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each user is permitted one satu38 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawal requests.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Age Verification: satu38 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent) at any time and for any reason to verify age and identity. Accounts where the user is determined to be under 21 will be permanently closed, and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited without recourse.
To access satu38's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
You are permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify satu38 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. satu38 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
satu38 reserves the right to refuse account registration or terminate any existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed real-money wallet balance to the User via the original deposit method.
satu38 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international responsible-gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification may be triggered at the following points:
Accepted verification documents include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM). Additional proof of address or proof of payment method may be requested. Documents must be clear, unobstructed, unexpired, and submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is successfully completed. satu38 reserves the right to withhold funds pending KYC completion.
satu38 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). satu38 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposit processing times are as follows: major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within seconds to 5 minutes; CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon within 5–60 minutes; e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited instantly.
satu38 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating account if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen bank credentials or chargeback abuse.
Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. A withdrawal request is deemed accepted only when confirmed by your successful KYC verification and a sufficient available real-money balance in your wallet.
Withdrawal Interference: satu38 reserves the right to void any withdrawal if the wagering requirements on an awarded bonus have not been met, if the withdrawal is part of fraudulent or collusive activity, or if the account is subject to a reversal due to a chargeback on a related deposit. In such instances, the bonus balance and derived winnings will be forfeited, and any real-money balance may be held pending investigation.
satu38 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and loyalty rewards. These offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside each offer. Where there is a conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:
satu38 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, satu38 may void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and recover any funds already withdrawn.

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials displayed on the satu38 Platform, together with the underlying intellectual property rights, are owned by satu38 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content or software without the prior written consent of satu38. This includes any attempt to reproduce the Platform's layout, interface, game content, or proprietary data.
For the avoidance of doubt, all game titles and provider logos (including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) remain the property of their respective owners. satu38 holds licences to present these games to its users.
